Small electric fine stone concrete pump safety operation regulations
Release date: 2015-12-28Pay attention to:
As the name showed this concrete pump is for fine stone or mortar, max aggregate should be less than 30mm, the power is electric motor, voltage can be chosen by customer, 220V 380V and so on. How to use it safety? Let's study the guidance.
Safety Operation Regulations
1 Important Notes
1.1 The User’s Manual should be specific for the machine.
1.2 Operators can only go on duty after the training of our company.
1.3 The operation and maintenance can be conducted by operators in accordance with the User’s Manual. In case failures of the pump are made by improper operation and maintenance of users, our company will not provide guarantee service.
2 Damage by Improper Use
2.1 Eye disease caused by the splashing of concrete, sodium silicate and other chemical substances;
2.2 Damage caused by the opening of hydraulic hose joints under the circumstances that there is no load on the hydraulic system;
2.3 Damage caused by the crack of pipe joints and pipelines, etc.;
2.4 Damage caused by the overturning of the pump due to improper support means;
2.5 Damage caused by the operation that the pipeline is disconnected under the circumstances that there is pressure within the concrete pump transmission pipeline;
2.6 Damaged caused by the operation that hands are put into the hopper when the pump is running;
2.7 Damaged caused by the operation that hands are put into the water tank when the piston is running;
2.8 Damaged caused by the operation that hands are put into the water tank when oscillating oil cylinder is running;
2.9 Damaged caused by the crack of the high-pressure hose;
2.10 Damaged caused by preventing the mixer or other stationary parts from moving;
2.11 Damaged caused by the sliding or the shedding of the pipeline because of the unfixed transmission pipeline;
2.12 The machine can be hauled by motor vehicles, it is not allowed to carry cargo and the speed should not be over 8 km/h.
2.13 The machine can be only used for the pumping of concrete of pumpability, the transmission of other materials by the use of the machine is not allowed.
3 Safety Rules
3.1 The use of the concrete pump should follow the regulations of the User’s Manual and the safety requirements;
3.2 The operators should record the information on the running of the concrete pump in accordance with regulations;
3.3 All safety and accident prevention devices should not be changed or abolished such as indicatory signs, warning signs, fences and metal plates, etc.;
3.4 The working area should be arranged around the pump (The distance between the pump and the working area should not be less than 1 meter), other personnel should not be allowed to enter the working area without the permission of operators;
3.5 Each time before starting the machine for concrete pumping, it should carefully check the working condition of the pump and the reliability of the transmission pipeline;
3.6 The pipeline, the pipe clamp, the O-ring seal and the elbow within 3 meters from operators should be regularly replaced;
3.7 The transmission pipeline within three meters from operators should be firmly fixed by boards or metal partitions for shielding;
3.8 When the concrete pulp or the mortar containing chemical substances or additives should be transmitted, operators involved in the working area should wear the personal protective equipment (Such as safety helmet, boot cap, glass and gloves, etc.);
3.9 For pumping concrete, the bend radius of the transmission hole should not be too small, so as to prevent the damage caused by the blockage of the pipeline;
3.10 When the pump is running or stops, it should forbid putting hands into the hopper or the water tank, or body closing to the distributing valves or other moving parts;
3.11 The use, installation or wiring of the electrical control box can be only conducted by professionals;
3.12 In order to prevent the splashing of concrete due to the inhaling of air, the concrete pulp volume in the hopper should be higher than that of stirring axis;
3.13 Before the motor vehicles are used for hauling the pump, the landing leg should be drawn back and the connection with the stander should be firmly made;
3.14 Under any circumstances that the pumping stops, it should completely clean the S type pipe, the concrete cylinder and the hopper; the residual should not be left in the S type pipe, the concrete cylinder and the hopper.
