Based on so many orders currently, Our company G.M, boss took a meeting at our head office, 

with all of the administrators of R&D, QC, Maket Dept.  as well as our workshop manager of stationary concrete pumps, concrete pump truck, concrete mixer truck, concrete placing boom, concrete batching plant

the meeting is over 2 hours, main contents is follow:

1. Qingdao SCO summit will start from 05th to 09th, June, China Chairman Xi Jinping will come to Qingdao, all of Qingdao people should keep safety of Chairman

2. Based on the SCO All production need to stop from 01th to 15th,  all of the workshop need to arrange the worker at production line even without production, during this time,

    need to check and test all of the finished pump truck, mixer truck, placing boom and other concrete machine

3. All new orders during this time, the sales manager should carafully and pay attention on the delivery time, in case there is no productions around 15days, so the new orders delivery time will be longer than before

4.  check all of the orders on hand which still not shipping, based on SCO, need to explain to customer and update the new delivery time with customer, especially pump truck orders and placing boom orders
