1、The arms should be back completely when moving the machine or transport, and the weight box must be removed.

2、The leg should be in the same plane and must be on solid ground.

3、The counter weight must be in strict accordance with the specification, ban with other alternatives, prevents capsizing.

4、Pay attention to other wire lines, objects within the working radius. And other people should stay away from the working radius, especially anyone cannot stand under the arms.

5、When blocking occurs, stop the concrete pump immediately. Restart the machine after trouble clearing.

6、Do not put anything on the arms, and use the concrete placing as tower crane is forbidden.

7、After each job, clean the pipeline with cleaning tools immediately to prevent condensation of concrete block pipeline.

8、Check and replace the hydraulic oil regularly, check hydraulic pipeline and pipe joints.

9、Repair and maintenance should be conducted by professionals.
