Abrasion of pipeline of the concrete placing boom

1、Bends

    In normal service，the two 90°bends at the end of the small arm and the two between the middle arm and the small arm are in worst case．

2、Straight pipes

    In normal service，the straight pipe on the small arm will be abraded worst．Then the one on the middle arm will be secondary．But compare to the bends, service life of the straight pipe is longer．

3、 Measures of prolong the service life of the pipeline

① Install concrete isolation protection device for reducing abrasion．

② Turn the bend pipe 180°after a period of time．

③ Ensure the quality of the concrete．
